Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Root Yoga Clubs Online Classes Thank you for choosing Root Yoga. To ensure a smooth and supportive experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our booking policy: 1. Booking & Payment * All classes must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform. * Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. 2. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or class credit for future use. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not eligible for a refund but class credit. * No-shows will be charged in full. 3. Class Access * A Zoom link will be sent to your email 24 hours before class begins. * Please join the class 5 minutes early to settle in and check your tech setup. 4. Late Arrivals * For safety and flow, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Students arriving late will be admitted, however, might find it challenging to adjust. 5. Tech Troubles? * If you're having technical issues, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help or offer a credit if the issue is on our end. 6. Questions?
